I highly recommend vag monkey, I went there for an issue on my car. Turns out there was nothing wrong with it. They could’ve easily made £400+ of me but instead of that they simply checked my car and reassured me that there was nothing wrong with it

Very good customer service I purchased a part on eBay and went down to pick it Up on arrival they couldn’t locate the part which most probably was sold and not removed from eBay only human error which can happen to anyone which does get fustrating but the guys there offerd me my fuel money spent I didn’t take the money but the thought counts and shows what decent guys they are nowadays most companies won’t even bother giving apology I will definitely use again when I need a part honest and trustworthy guys definitely recommend
A very Genuine firm and people everything they've ever supplied me has been bang on gearbox, alloys etc Lee supplied and even fitted me a glovebox today for a good price too after mine was broken highly recommended by me thanks Lee and Andy and co regards Gary the plumber in the Black A3 s line tdi.
