Car always fixed on time. I didn't had to complain about anything that has been done in my car. There is always warm welcome and you have the feeling that it's the last mechanic shop you will be visiting ever again.

Unprofessional. They told me to drop the car and after 4 days did completely nothing! Every day, when called the they say that they haven't found the issue yet, but in reality, nobody even touch the car. If they didn't plan to check, why they asked to leave the car with them? I had to pay every single day for a taxi to get to work just because my car was staying in the garage. Maybe they are good to do quick MOT, but the diagnostic totally fail! Avoid!
I am so happy that I’ve found a mechanic that I can trust. Both myself and my husband have used this garage for years and they have always been honest, reliable and affordable. It can be really tricky finding someone you trust, who won’t rip you off, so we are so happy to have found that. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.
PB autos have been very helpful in sorting out issues with my car. Staff are honest and tell you like it is. This isn’t the first time I have used them and it most certainly won’t be the last.
Insane prices with awful customer service, avoid at all cost
Absolutely ridiculous this garage. I called them and ask if I can bring down my car. They say yes ! I paid £120 for the recovery. 3 days later i called to ask if they fix it .she said they don't have time for it and she don't know .can be fiew weeks. So again I paid £100 to take it to another garage. The mechanic there disrespect me when i want collect the key . Highly not recommend anyone.
