Great service ! I booked an 8am appointment and I was able to drop my car off at 7.30 and then received a call just after 9 to confirm the MOT was complete. Amazing. Lovely lady in reception making sure your needs are met .
Extremely professional from start to finish. First port of call reception.....a most delightful and helpful young lady through to the mechanic. I was kept updated throughout by Simon who was working on my car. It was just so reassuring as a lady driver not to hear sharp intakes of breath, nods of heads and tuts.....thank you all at carmaster for your help. Merry xmas

Very helpful and lovely lady at the reception. I had a car puncture on Sunday so I was struggling to find places that would do a repair. I walked in on an off chance and they got me sorted straight away no hesitation which was done very quickly for a good price. Was given free coffee and biscuits whilst I waited and even left me a tin of sweets. Will be coming back in the future.

Took my car in for the Volvo engine mountings & vacuum system, and poor acceleration/performance issues investigating. Carmaster confirmed the engine mountings were poor and the vacuum pipes were bypassed, which I already knew. My main concern was if the vacuum system, including the bypass, was responsible for the poor performance. Carmaster confirmed that the performance was lacking, but offered no reason. I was told that to look deeper, I would have to take the car back for investigation, even though I had just paid £99.00, for an investigation that told me nothing new about what the main concerns I took it in there for. When handing back the keys for the courtesy car, which was at an extra cost, I was accused of scratching the wheel arch, which was eventually dismissed. After watching some YouTube videos I cleaned my MAP & MAF sensors and my car performance is much better. The quote I got from them for replacing the engine mountings was around £200 more expensive than a volvo specialist in North Yorkshire, and around £100 more expensive than a Volvo specialist in West Yorkshire. My experience was that Carmaster are more style over substance, and very expensive. Beneath the polished veneer, there's not a lot going on. They did send me a follow up £20 fishing technique voucher through the post for a return visit, but I definitely won't be taking the bait...

Carmaster I have used Carmaster for some 12 years, I have recommended to others that use them. Unfortunately I had a tyre problem RAC estimated next day attendance. Carmaster arrived within one hour, car returned pdq! Off to work the next day all sorted. The team were brilliant!! Thank you Jason, Simon and the mechanics
I use Carmaster for the car's services and MOT etc. I have always found them to be really helpful when I have asked to have my car back within a given timeframe for example. I was impressed today as I had an issue with the car battery and Graeme came to help me with the car - defiantly recommend talking to the team about your car and issues you are having they are really patient and willing to help. Superstars!
Took my car in for some repair work, a full service and MOT. Part of the repairs that were needed was a new power steering pump fitted. The power steering pump they had delivered to them acctually came damaged so they needed to order a replacement. This wasn't available until the Monday. Again Carmasters kept me updated at every step and even allowed me to borrow one of their courtesy cars at no extra cost because of the delay. My car is an 18 year old volvo, so carmasters being volvo specialists they were my first choice for this work and service to be carried out, as I only purchased the car in May. The garage were very thorough and professional and kept me updated throughout and I will certainly be using them in the future.
