288 times I have tried to call and I’m still trying to get through .wonder why people do not turn out for the appointment
Wait time is ridiculous. I know it’s open 8:15-11 but I don’t expect to be there that long. In fact it’s past 11 and I’m still here. What on earth takes them so long? I literally do not understand. Also upon arrival, the receptionist seemed unsure as to whether to allow me to be seen (when I arrived at 8:20) however a gentleman came in at 10:20 and walked in no problem - not too sure what that was about but I didn’t understand it. They need to work on the waiting times as i don’t expect to be waiting over 3 hours to be seen for 5 minutes if that.
Too much waiting. You coming at the opening time and spend half of your day here. EDIT: I'm going to die here. And the bad thing is they'll find me an hour later when they open that door to call the next name.
Excellent service every time from Goodmens. This sexual health clinic treats you like a client and not just a number. From making my appointment they have remained professional throu out. The clinic is very clean to high standards and the staff are friendly and helpful. Guys if you've any sexual health issues try the Goodmens clinic you won't want to go any where else.
