My mother does not speak English at all. We asked for an interpreter when the appointment was made. My mother had two appointments and there was no interpreter for either. I think that such matters should be interpreted by a qualified professional, not by grandson who was the interpreter. She was very unhappy.
Experience was fine but ended up having to do a third blood test because the last one was just a repeat of the first. Was told to take a supplement that I now find was premature because it could worsen my symptoms. All honest mistakes but frustrating to get jabbed again and wait for results and potentially make things worse.
Amazing experience with Dr. Syed! He was incredible—he listened carefully to my problems and concerns, giving me great reassurance. The referral for ongoing treatment was quick, and he discussed several treatment options with me in detail, making sure I understood everything. Highly recommend this doctor for his expertise and communication.

Ridiculous rang at 8 this morning for a phone call about my medication then get told she will just put it on as urgent and be done for 2 rang still not done 4 o’clock still not been done and might not be done today! Should have just been given an appointment this morning when I rang
The staff at the practice are kind, understanding, and supportive. They go out of their way to support their patients. The best practice I have dealt with both as a patient and a professional. Thank you all.
For the first time in years I actually spoke to a lovely, happy, approachable male Dr who actually wanted to listen to and help me instead of grunting at you. He treated me with respect. Excellent service, unfortunately can't remember his name but please keep him on your payroll....
This is a new practice for me after recently moving into the area. I found there to be helpful, efficient reception colleagues and an excellent health care assistant that cares. Could do with a bit more seating in the waiting/reception area though.
Amazing service, saw a third year med student for my flu jab. Extremely gentle and pleasant. Reception team awesome too - got me in within an hour of my phonecall, THEN seen early on top! thank you!!
