   10/10 treatment, Absolutely outstanding! I was petrified of the dentist, safe to say I no longer am! I have had wisdom teeth removed and each time I’ve not felt a thing! Staff are Very friendly, professional and welcoming every time. Practice is very clean and hygienic! I get very nervous in all aspects of life but honestly the care from Shires is something else! They calm your nerves and communicate with you making appointments a stress free experience. I honesty can’t thank all the staff enough!!!! My teeth are a joy to have now I’m pain free Thankyou to shires. My daughter who has autism, loves going! Yes that’s right! Loves her visits to the dentist! Absolutely amazing with her. Best dentist ever!!!!!!

   Very unfriendly dentist, poor work, fillings kept falling out and bridge kept falling off within days, every time. Made me and my kids feel very unwelcome. Not gentle at all. Reported me to the NHS for not being eligible for free dental care twice even though I am eligible as a self employed person on a low income, and no action was taken. I did not trust him with my, or my children's oral care and health. Unpleasant experience. If my perception from other patients faces as they were leaving is right, I think I'm not the only one with this experience either The receptionists and hygienist seemed friendly and welcoming.

   Helped me and my wife for dental practices. He saved my tooth. Another dentist ask me to remove tooth. But this doctor repaired it. And now its been roughly 2years. I am happy. Happy to recommend others as well.. just save your smile

   Fantastic treatment every time at this practice. The dentist is calming and kind, puts you at ease, and gives your teeth a good clean during a check up. I'm always confident that any treatment needed will be done to a high standard. He didn't even charge me to fix my crown back on after it came off (I'd had the crown a good while, and before it was initially fitted he had advised me it might not last long as I didn't have much tooth left to fix it to, but he was keen to try to work with it rather than extract it - great service in my opinion! ). Also a mention to the receptionists who are always friendly and helpful.

   Always don't answer your problems. I've been to other dentists abroad who said that I need fillings but this is always denied when being here. You literally have to request the things you need because they are very unwilling to perform treatment. The receptionist is great though.

   Receptionists are always warm and friendly, and the work I've had done over the years has been absolutely top notch. The team always work hard to put you at ease and make sure you're comfortable, even for the most uncomfortable of procedures. Can't recommend enough.

   I've always been terrified of the dentist and after suffering with severe pain for about a week I finally took the courage and went to the dentist having heard great reviews, got an appointment for the same day and was nervous. The receptionist upon walking in is so calming and of a caring nature it makes you feel at ease the second you walk in, the dental nurse and dentist put you at ease and explain everything to you, I require a root canal and filling and for now have a temporary filling which has eased my severe pain. I'm so glad I finally got the courage to go here because for once I'm looking forward to getting my dental work done instead of avoiding the dentist. Would recommend to everyone, anxious patients, families with young children etc.
