   I’d give 0 stars if google allowed me. Avoid this place at all cost!! The service here was absolutely sicking. No respect for customers. Came into the store looking for a particular shoe. Saw that the two working at the front were occupied with customers so i asked the two at the middle section if they could help since they didn’t look busy at all. When i had gone up to them, they carried on conversing and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. One of them, a black older lady told me to go back to the shoe section because they would help me. I didn’t say much just thanked her, till i turned around and she started talking about me and another customer who apparently went all the way to the front asking about a shoe. And how she thought it was “stupid” that people go to different sections to ask questions about certain things and that its clear who’s working where. I for one wasn’t even aware of this. So imagine how many weren’t. It was just a simple mistake. I find it disgusting that she’d speak about customers in front of them. Shows lack of decorum. D

   Stay away from this store. Extremely worse customer service. They did not want to change my shoes i just bought a day ago by saying they have become dirty when they were not. I didnt even wear them. Those shoes are now useless for me as they dont fit me. £100 gone waste. The 2 ladies on the till were also of no help and didnt offer any support. Idiots

   Had purchased 4 zaveti coats last week and came to exchange 1 coat for a larger size. Only one XL coat left and I was told that no refund or exchanges are being processed until after 29/12/21.... how can a customer travel all the way to a store then leave the last in their size... (in London- I checked) hoping that it will still be there in a few days time!!! Terrible system and rude manager/supervisor

   Went their today to get a refund on a pair of trainer's with receipt, the so called manager said the refund is not in date even though on their website it said it goes up to the 9th of January!!! asked for my money back ,security was called, ileft the shop,this isn't the end, Do Not SHOP their until the manager has gone

   The customer service here is possibly the worst I’ve ever experienced at a clothing shop. I feel bad for the staff because it appears they have been poorly trained and are poorly managed. I hope they can improve and save the much needed retail jobs.
