   My car was making an awful noise at end of last week. Read reviews for this garage and drove there Monday morning. SO glad I did. Although very busy, Dave took my car on short drive then checked in workshop. Wheel bearing - very dangerous. Booked in for Friday and work done. Absolutely recommend this garage if you want great service with a friendly helpful team. I'll be back for service and MOT. Thank you very much Dave and Pat. Jill

   We had a problem with the car battery and even though they was too busy to do anything else Pat asked us to drop the car off. The new battery was ordered and fitted within the hour and dropped out other car off for 2 new tyres that Dave is having to squeeze in-between jobs also, thankyou 5 star service every time.

   I was recommended this garage by my brother over 25 years ago. He had used them for many years and had always had reliable service so I gave them a try. 25 years on I cannot recommend this garage enough, Pat and David will do everything they can to help with your car problems even if it causes them great inconvenience. They are 100% trustworthy and honest and I have never had any issues with the standard of work. I would say they are one of those very rare businesses who actually care about their customer base. Nice people with ethics to match.

   Just read the only other review on this site and I must say that this guy has got it all wrong. I have had my car and my wife's car serviced and repaired at this garage for the past twenty eight years and have been rewarded by excellent service all round. When our cars are serviced I know that the job has been done to the highest standards and I always say "you can feel the difference" after it has been serviced. When an unforeseen problem has been found, such as the brake pads replacement, a call is made to me to inform me that is the case and for me to authorise the expenditure for the replacements. You do not find many garages doing that or in fact considering the customer in that way. As for repairs on a number of occasions our cars have suffered damage from other vehicles and in every case no matter how difficult the job has been it has been completed with efficiency and to our complete satisfaction. This garage is one of the good ones and they are hard to find in this day and age when even the main dealers take massive short cuts - and I speak from experience. In relation to the gentlemen who seems to have a complaint, I would refer every other person to the Good Garage Scheme and see what others have said about the garage. I would also refer the gentleman to the Good Garage Scheme, if he has not already consulted them, as they will look into the matter for him but I feel will find that there is more to this than we are being told by him. In summary this is a good garage that gives excellent service and tell it as it is so you know exactly where you stand when you take your car for service or repair. Keep up the good work.
