   Friendly, courteous, efficient service here & caring staff do their best to calm nervous patients who enter here. A nice, calming manmade fishpond is relaxing to view before you approach the reception staff, who can answer all questions & take payments in cash or card here. My checkup found the missing filling I'd stated was due to a decaying tooth, so X-Ray performed, viewed & explained extraction & any plate work was needed as Dental Nurse ANGEL was so thorough & professional even with paperwork made it a pleasurable visit. With a bus stop outside, it's ideal to get to & from this high street practice, part of Imperial Dental Group, U K.

   Dental staff were incredibly efficient and helpful after we were referred here from our usual dentist. They were attentive, considerate and proactive, going above and beyond in resolving the issue then and there so that we wouldn't have to rebook and return at a later date.    I was given an appointment in the same week. Went for an assessment but I was told no extraction will be done today but can ask if a spare slot was available at the reception desk. There was one in 20 minutes which was great. Every member of staff that approached me we friendly and welcoming. The dentist were very considerate of my pain and reassured me throughout the procedure. Will recommend to family and friends. Great job to all staff xxx

   This was my first time visiting for a dental check-up. I visited a few days ago. I had emailed beforehand about my condition, and although I don’t remember the dentists’ names, I’m sure they’ll remember me. The two female dentists were very helpful and understanding of my needs, which made everything feel a lot less scary. They also took the time to listen to all my questions and gave me really helpful feedback about my teeth. I kindly request and hope to receive the same support and adjustments in future appointments.

   Wow! What an incredible service! I was blown away with the amount of traffic coming into the dentist and how quickly they worked through the patients in the waiting room. The process they have in place, made for a speedy and stress free experience. My husband was extremely nervous about his treatment and the team were exceptionally supportive. He is very pleased with his treatment and is finally pain free! Thank you! Keep up the great work guys!

   I attended the practice today to have IV sedation due to being an extremely anxious and nervous patient. The dentist who did the procedure (AB I think) was lovely, reassuring and made sure I was okay before I left the practice. I was administered the sedative without prior warning but I do think this was better for me as I would have potentially tried to put it off a little while because of my anxiety. I remember asking if feeling light headed was normal and then before I knew it I was in the recovery room. Overall a very positive experience and the staff were really helpful. The dentist was also lovely and reassured me that I would be fine. Would definitely recommend this practice.

   Amazing experience at this dental practice! Had a wisdom tooth removed but Dr Bhandal got it out in minutes. The skill you want when you’re a little nervous (naturally) about a removal. The nurse was super friendly and helpful too :)

   Pros - Nice spacious place - Didn't have too wait too long for my appointment - initially came for an assessment but was able to get extraction done same time so that was convenient. Cons - Would have been good to be given some leaflet advice etc for after care - Maybe some extra gauze for bleeding afterwards. - Dental assistants/reception staff could be more polite.

   I got referred here for extraction under sedation, I am a very nervous patient to the point of I can’t even let them use the tools they use to just check your teeth without freaking out. I arrived and only had to wait a few minutes to called through. There was no waiting in the treatment room I was sedated almost straight way which I was so grateful for as I was getting so worked up. The staff were amazing, I don’t remember much at all except hearing someone reassuring me. I cannot thank the staff at this practice enough.

   Fantastic Dentist, I have been sent here for sedation in the past and can't remember a lot of course but my son was referred last week for a tooth extraction. He is only 7 and very anxious about dentist. He had gas and air and the dentists where so good with him. I am not gonna lie there was a lot of crying and screaming and it took so long to get him to let them do it but they gained his trust and kept it everytime he asked them to stop they did unfortunately for me that meant that it took about an hour but they were patient with him and where very kind and gentle. I can't praise them enough. There is also a lovely pond in the waiting area with fish in which is nice and calming.
