   Dr. Brunt was professional and thorough. He listened attentively and explained everything clearly. The appointment ran smoothly and left me feeling reassured. He also took the time to address an other concern I had beyond the original reason for my visit, which I really appreciated. Following my appointment with Dr Brunt, I had a follow‑up appointment with the practice’s MSK practitioner, Jaideep. He was equally professional, thorough, and supportive, offering practical and helpful advice. Overall, I found the care to be excellent and would not hesitate to recommend this surgery.

   I first saw Mr Jaideep Dalvi a few weeks ago, suffering with intense arthritic pain. He really listened to me, and dealt with my problem very efficiently, sending me for blood tests, X rays and an appointment at rheumatology. He rang me as soon as he received my results, keeping me well up to date. I can't praise Jaideep highly enough for all his care and attention, and getting me a good quality of life back Thank you most sincerely.

   If I could I would give 0 stars. Went 2 times with my daughter to them as she had a bad cough, high temperature and running noses. As usual nothing to be worried for them. Next day I ended up at the hospital with her having cest infection and being prescribed 7 days of antibiotics. Couple of years ago we had same problem, but we did not learned our lesson. This time we are changing GP.

   They care nothing for their patients. You cannot get an appointment ever in this place . Don’t even bother calling them . They are just a waste of space and time . The most useless GP practice that can ever exist .

   The service has deteriorated terribly since covid. The Dr's are great although it is impossible to get through and when you do it is a practitioner who does not know much and will not let you speak to a GP regardless of how serious ? I have now like many others been forced to contact Salford Royal at the increasing despair of myself and hospital, staff. The telephone service is simply not fit for purpose. It feels like wearing constant limbo.
