I just joined this practice and knowing I couldnβt attend my first appt, I followed their rules and notified them to change my appt in advance. I was then involved in a car accident and suffered injuries, going between doctors and hospitals appts so missed my second dental appt. I just called them and I am now black listed and canβt ever attend. After everything this week, there is no sympathy/empathy/understanding with this practice. They said I was wasting NHS time yet Iβve spent more time this week attending NHS appts to assess my injuries. Absolutely disgusting.

I left this dental practice feeling utterly humiliated, upset, and degraded β not something anyone should ever experience when seeking healthcare. From the start, the entire appointment was rushed and devoid of basic human decency. The way I was spoken to was clinical, cold, and completely lacking compassion. I was barely acknowledged as a person, let alone a patient with valid concerns or feelings. There was no meaningful explanation of what was happening, no effort to reassure me, and certainly no kindness. I was told I needed fillings, but it was delivered like a verdict, not a discussion. I was given no chance to ask questions, no insight into how things had gotten to this point, and absolutely no emotional support. Just a list of procedures and a price. Worse still, I walked out of that clinic feeling ashamed of myself β as if I were dirty or irresponsible, when in fact I came in seeking help and answers. Instead, I was met with judgment, rushed interactions, and zero empathy. Dentistry is not just about teeth β itβs about people. And the way I was treated was inhuman, patronizing, and emotionally harmful. No patient should ever leave a healthcare appointment feeling the way I did. I strongly urge this practice to reflect on how they speak to and treat people β especially those who come in feeling anxious or vulnerable. Respect and empathy are not optional. They are the foundation of proper care. Sadly, this experience delivered neither.

Felt like it was rushed. Had a check up was in the chair 5 minutes. Has a little scrap hear and there. no polish. My teeth looked the same as when I went in. The dentist did do the polish before but not this time. So was disappointed. Charged me 27 pounds. For five minutes work. Felt ripped off to be fair. Wonβt be going back again.

I had an appointment today and was absolutely shocked when they told me I'd been banned from making appointments there. Me and my family have been going here for years and this was the nearest dentist. I had missed my last appointment but I let them know on the day I had suddenly gotten a sudden rash and they told me it was good I didn't come in, and we rebooked it. Today I came 6 minutes late, I came straight after I finished my morning care jobs, and they said the doctor had banned me. I told them when i first booked an appointment for my cavities I could only do appointments for after 4, and id take any day, but she refused saying there was not a single day available so i booked 9 letting her know we might make it on time. My mom being a single mother and me being the oldest we work together. When i work she watches the kids, when she works i watch over my younger siblings. This is so stressful as ill have to look into another dentist this week to sort my cavities out and we have to decide wheather to move all my family there as we normally made appointments on the same day. I told her we talked on the phone and rebooked because I was sick but she said there was nothing she could do and to file a complaint if I wanted. I looked up their complaint procedure to find out the receptionist was supposed to help us get through to the complaint manager. I'm so disappointed the dentist me and my family have been going to for years suddenly banned me.

This is without a shadow of a doubt, the place with the worst service not only in the UK but in the whole world. They play with patients' time and health, they have no empathy or courtesy, they cancel appointments arbitrarily and if you complain, they cancel your registration and don't even bother to accept any more complaints from you. One star is too much in comparison to the poor service and the deplorable professional attitude with which my case was handled.

I would 100% recommend! All staff were fantastic and cannot do enough for you! Paige was very warming and welcome and knew what she was doing and Arun the dentist was top notch. Both of them made me feel at ease.
