   Last time I went, they didn’t have an X-ray machine so I had to go somewhere else for the X-ray (and therefore potentially pay 3 times), and the dentist totally ignored one of my concerns. Hopefully it’s improved since then…

   My mom called dentist for an appointment as she'd broken her tooth so wanted a consultation on the next steps to be rudely snapped at with "you've not been back for 2 years" the lady then put the phone down on my mom which is absolutely disgusting you need better manners if you're gonna be a receptionist, she decided to go to another dentist which told her the teeth she had on the plate was temporary and was meant to have a better one therefore they did this just to keep making money you're very lucky that im not taking it further, be a better person in the near future you've lost a good customer.

   I had a really great experience at this dental practice. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease right away. The whole area was spotless and really well looked after. Both the lady and gentleman dentists I saw were lovely – explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the treatment I needed. I felt really well cared for and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!

   I've just come back from here from an emergency all staff was polite they spotted an infection which the big Cradley heath dentist missed! Shame these guys don't do sedation as I'd definitely come here for it. Young Asian dentist and blonde nurse was brilliant can't fault it really. Thank you

   Receptionist was lovely, dentist however was brusk, did a only a very cursory examination before declaring an extraction was necessary and did absolutely nothing to calm or explain the process. Queried it several times, eventually obtained a referral to the large practice in Cradely. Through no fault of its own, its situated in a horrible area, every other shop is closed and I had to check twice to ensure this one was open as it looks as run down and battered as the other shops and shows no light outside. This does nothing to set me at ease! I would of course still use the place for emergency treatment, but that would be the only reason in my mind

   Was on a boating holiday with the family when i got a bad tooth infection. After trying the Bupa practice nearby and getting a very poor response from them I was directed to the Tipton Dental practice. Everyone was super helpful and sympathetic to my troubles and after filling in a few forms and covering a few questions I was in to the see the dentist and diagnosed super quickly. Could not recommend them more.
