   I have been using this garage for some years. I hadn't realised that the garage had new staff so I was a bit concerned that the level of service would change. I can honestly say it hasn't. The staff who dealt with me were polite, friendly & explained everything. They ensured I knew suggestions were advisory & I could choose if I wanted it done. They didn't push me to anything. I am very happy with the service & would highly recommend them. Thank you.

   I’ve been going to this garage for years and you always worry when someone new takes over. However due to me having no luck with cars and have had lots of visits there over the past few months, I can honestly say my mind is at ease.    Really impressed with the service I received today. Great communication with a text reminder, friendly and welcoming staff from both the reception and mechanics.    I've never had an issue with West Street Garage, their work is honest and fair. The quote you get is what it will cost you (or near enough). The guys are knowledgeable and will point out things to fix but will not badger you into paying them to do it there and then. You have a loyal customer now! Superb service, thanks!

   I found these guys to be really helpful. Answered all the questions I had about the work and other stuff without any issues and returned the old parts to me at my request. I don't often walk away from a garage feeling confident that the work has been done to a high standard, but I did this time. The work was a Skoda Octavia 1.9 PD timing belt, water pump and aux belt change all for under £400 - very good value!
