Nastiest bloke going, threatening and not at all professional, sent us a Already broken part. Asked for refund not reply’s , claimed money back through PayPal and starts hurling abuse at us and making threats.

Bought a evoque bumper £200 28 days later no bumper rang and text numerous times owner Andrew cobb refuses to refund me or even find out we’re the bumper is if it was ever really posted out. He knows I didn’t receive it as tracking states this but told me on phone he won’t refund and laughed. Beware they won’t return calls or chase up non deliveries. Anyone want confirmation of this I can supply tracking info and his message to me. According to him 28 days is ok to still be waiting on a bumper. The man is a joke
