   Took my car in to get the air conditioning regassed. I asked if i could stay and wait around till the car is done. The friendly gentleman at the desk asked a colleague and he then said yes to me. We chatted about cars for a bit and then after a while he said my car is ready. Very polite and professional service.

   I have used these guys for about 12-18 months now and have nothing but praise for the work and service provided. I initially used them when I was quoted £2.5k to fix an electrical fault on a 2018 Tiguan. These guys diagnosed it correctly and fixed the issue (sensors) for £400. Also used them for services & a timing belt change and they charge what you would expect for the standard of service and specialist knowledge they provide, which is more than fair and reasonable.

   I recently took my car to Halfords as my car had developed a bit of a ticking sound as I thought the wheel rotated. Halfords decided I needed brake discs and pads all round at a price of £1200. I took my car to Halfords as it's close to my house and since moving IVC is a bit of a trek. On receiving the news of a £1200 bill on a 35K miles Audi A6 I was suspicious.    IVC are great. When I bought my Audi A3 second hand, I used IVC from the get go and they, to use a pun, made it A1! Graham and Steve (and the rest of the team) really do go the extra mile to look after your car. I had a wiring fault on my A3 and Steve went the extra mile to solve it. Can’t recommended them enough.
