   Avoid like the plague, failed my car on mot and would not give a specific reason other than excssevive play on breaks, they quoted me around £350 but I said I wanted to get other quotes, ended up changing discs, took it back and failed again, had new pads and callipers and failed again. The parts I had replaced did NOT need replacing but it was impossible to know what his issue was, after failling it again I took it to another garage and they passed it straight away with not even an advisory on the SO CALLED issues this clown was saying it had. When I was there the first time, on his desk was about 7 mot's all with failed marked on, I have since learnt that this outfit even charges you for work on so called mot issues and do not even do the work that they have charged you for.

   I live next to this garage. The car stopped starting. I came to the garage and asked for help, they said they could look at it on Saturday. I came on Saturday, they wrote down the phone number, they promised to call during the day, I waited all day, no one called, I just wasted time. They don't keep their promises. Be carefull!

   Having been a customer for sometime, years, i can say that the garage has looked after my vehicles well and that is from someone who is quite particular. Always a good service at a good price. No hidden extras and good advice. Front yard can get quite full but they can quickly move the cars around. Well recommended.

   Poor. I was away out of the country and upon returning. Unfortunately I’d suffered a flat battery on my car. I visited Andy’s autos next door to the new Crystals car sales, after waiting a good 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me after failing that. I found my way to a shooddy dark conservatory makeshift office. After explaining my situation, an that I just need a simple jump start or some help with a battery pack. (I even had jump cables of my own just no one to help for a jump and had explained this) The grumpy old bloke behind the desk said. “I Don’t have time to help you”. Shocked at response of my local garage, when asking for just a simple jump start. I then visited the new car sales place next door. Crystals cars sales, wow. Within 5 seconds, I’m met with a smile from from a gentleman valeting a car. Again I explained my situation and that I just needed a jumpstart. No problem the kind gentleman grabbed a battery pack, walked along with me to my car. Gave me a jump and away I went. Amazing. Many thanks.
