   I want to recommend this excellent local business. I contacted Richard on email to plan a very special occasion. From the first email to the follow up email Richard was wonderful, his professionalism and organisation made everything so easy for us. On the evening Simon our driver picked us up in the S-class Mercedes. His driving ability and high levels of service made us feel so comfortable and we could relax. The end of the journey required an extreme level of skill due to the single track road. In such a big car, in the dark, on an unfamiliar road, I would not wanted to do it. Simon was superb! Thank you both, Ben was over the moon with everything on Saturday 30th November. You made everything that extra bit special.

   My wife and myself used the services of Richard at Driven Executive Cars for our airport transfers for our holiday, professional doesn’t come close to describing this gentleman and his services! Pristine car, very well presented himself and extremely polite. We had to cut our holiday short by 2 days for personal reasons and Richard went out of his way to juggle jobs around to be able to collect us when we returned.    I booked Richard for a trip to Cheltenham Races, which was a Christmas present for my dad, so I wanted to make the day extra special. The service we received was absolutely first class from start to finish. Richard was so helpful in the run up to the day and always responded quickly to emails, offering advice on travel times etc. On the day, Richard arrived promptly, the car was immaculate, and refreshments had been provided, which was a great touch. The journey was very smooth, and Richard was knowledgeable about where to park, minimizing the amount of walking we had to do. At the end of the day, Richard had clearly communicated where he would be waiting for us, again, making things as easy as possible- which was especially appreciated given the weather was terrible! As well as providing a fantastic service, Richard is a lovely guy, and we really enjoyed his company. Do not hesitate to book his services. We hope to be able to do so again in the future.
