   They close the fitting rooms! How can someone buy clothes without trying them??? This is the only store where I have seen this happening. Should definitely close. What a waste of time driving there

   JD Head office honestly you really need to consider re training or replacing your store manager Junior. Attended the store to purchase items. I was waiting for trainers to come from the stock room and left the store to smoke a cigarette. I was standing outside the store on land that does not belong to JD and a male called Junior who identified himself as the store manger brought it upon himself to tell me not to smoke outside of the store and move away. I have never experienced this kind of behaviour very rude and obnoxious. Even does not even have any power outside of the store the land is outside of his Jurisdiction. On a positive note maybe you should look at promoting Mamad the store sale representative outstanding customer service.

   Great experience at JD Sports Purley Way. the staff were really helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist. The store was well-organized, and I found exactly what I needed without any hassle. Excellent customer service all around.

   Popped in to check out the women’s sport item. Realised they also stock a rather large collection of kids school shoes, always had an issue located affordable yet lasting school shoes. Did not like the wait for the fitting room to be unlocked, hence the 4 stars. Price wise they are very reasonable. They often have deals and sales. There are packing bays just outside the shop and a huge parking right opposite. The shop itself is easily accessible via wheelchair and pram. They also have a lift to the first floor.

   the manger of this store(junior) is a very horrible person who belittles and intimdates his customers. i had come to the store with a return and he had completely disrespected me and treated me as if i was a child. ageism at its finest. i would not even give this store a 1 star.

   Nice new shop and well laid out, but staff extremely slow and very low on stock, must have asked for around 8 different pairs of childrens trainers and no stock????

   I was here with my husband to buy him a shoe in a particular colour. We were looking around for the right pair for him. 4 staffs were keeping eye on us, as if we are there to steal something. They even asked us if we need a particular shoe we can go get it from their Croydon shop, even after us saying we will look for another shoes. They were not considerate and seemed very rude. The shop got good collection but, the staff's behavior is rude.

   One of the staff that was working behind the till came across as rude and abrupt making out that customers are liars. People should be treated with respect, I would never be rude to someone and state they are a liar. Should not be working in a customer facing role.
