   Welcoming, organised and professional dental practice. I have recently finished a smile white scheme and received my final retainers and whitening kit. It has been a pleasure to visit Dr Ihsan and his receptionist on a regular basis, the practice is always clean and tidy. I am very impressed with the end results and wish them all the best :)

   I had an appointment with Dr Farid Mesgary and Dr Ivanova. I went there with an existing problem caused by another dental practice. Doctor Farid went above and beyond to solve the issue. He offered me a few choices as a solution to my request. I can only say thank you for the brilliant job from both dentists. I have been served with professionalism and competence. Excellent service.

   I have suffered for years with dentist phobia and yesterday i went to see Dr Mohammed Ihsan at Wollaston Dental Practise and he carefully walked me through a plan that we can achieve to put a nice smile on my face. He explained everything in detail, giving me a couple of different options to fit in with me. Everything about this practise just ticked all the boxes even though this was 20 miles from where i live. His calmness made me have complete confidence in him.looking forward to getting the work done

   I booked a consultation for Invisalign braces via an offer I saw on social media, the practice and team are both welcoming and accommodating. Dr Ihsan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough! I spent a few years contemplating and researching but I was so pleased with the consultation I agreed to the treatment on the day.. I was able to pay via a payment plan which is always beneficial! I’m on week two of my treatment, I had a follow up call today, I had a couple of questions and received a call back immediately! I can highly recommend Wollaston Dental Practice and I’m looking forward to my 6 week review! The transformation will be life changing for me and my only regret is not doing it sooner!

   Im writing in reponse to Russell. the surgery has not closed down. Ken has not tod anyone any lies. We will be taking legal action re slander for this post. We have always tried to provide top quality dentistry at 50% of what many dentists are charging. Weve had thousands of very satisfied patients. Ken has had some health issues over the past the past two years. The denistry was always of the highest standard but paperwork and organisation has suffered. Ken has been suspended over paperwork. We are arranging othr dentists to complete the current treatments

   An absolute waste of space, Ken tells lie after lie, becomes aggressive when tackled and has cancelled over 50 appointments, he just doesn’t care, he has taken over £5000 off my partner and he has now been shut down by the dept of dental practitioners.

   My partners' dental implants were due to be fitted earlier in June. He's waited and saved up a long time for these. The practice cancelled his appointment due to Legionnaires in their practice. Whilst we can empathise, it's now nearly the end of July and we've heard NOTHING and when you try to phone, the mail box if full!!!!! Terrible customer service to those already customers, it's disgraceful.
