   Wouldn't go back to this garage again, booked my car in for 2 front new tyres, which were changed, but then they took my perfectly good back tyres off, and put my barley legal front tyres onto the back. Also took my car in as the front jet washers had stopped working, these were replaced and was charged £130 for the privilege, six months later they stopped working again, took it back to be told I would need to pay again as they didn't change them last time, as only changed the pump, after questioning this got the jets changed free of charge under warranty, then to be told that they just clean the pump out and not even replaced it, this place is a total joke and just rip you off. Would not recommend.

   Excellent customer service, I needed a very last minute MOT and they managed to fit me in. Not only that but I had to leave my car overnight as I couldn't pick it up same day, which they were great about and happy to oblige. Turned up slightly early the next day and my car was ready and waiting for me. I will be coming back.

   Brilliant friendly and helpful staff!!! What super job in repairing and restoring my car which initially I thought wouldn’t be possible. A special shout out to Steve for his understanding and empathy after my accident. ( I was quite upset) for also recommending the right people to help me. A special shout out to John for restoring my car back to its former glory! To be able to leave my car in such capable hands and it get sorted was such a relief. Thank You all!!!!

   Took the car in with a deep scratch on the back passenger door. The guys sorted me out with a courtesy car, and had mine back to me in a few days, all fixed and sorted. Fully cleaned inside also, so the car came out cleaner than when it went in! Very happy with the service, will be back again.

   My wife, then girlfriend used these for years before I met her. Her car was bought brand new and they used to charge her £850+ every half year service. They made stuff up because she was a young girl... saying this and that needs changing etc. It was a brand new car and only 2/3 years old when they last serviced it. When I meet her I looked through all her past charges and couldn't believe it. I made her take her car somewhere else. Don't know how they sleep at night. This was 10years ago. Maybe there is new owners.

   Had some nasty damage after driving into a pillar at the side of my Citroen. The body shop managed to turn it back into showroom condition, dents and scratches all gone, colour matched perfectly and I am ecstatic with the results. Sorry that I don't have a before photo but the after photo shows the end result. Strongly recommended for anyone needing bodywork repairs.

   Charged £630 for service (£280), 3 tyres and an MOT without any faults on a 12 year old corsa. Didn’t want to leave a negative review even though I’d heard I’d been overcharged as the customer service was nice so benefit if the doubt. However my car started juddering and engine light came on - it’s due to an eroded spark plug (which was meant to have been changed 4 months ago). Turns out only 3 out of 4 plugs had been changed and the last one was crumbling and stuck in the engine. My grandad helped me replace it luckily but I’m unsure why this happened?

   To put a positive note on here from a "lone female" car was in for m.o.t today fantastic service as always.have used this garage for years & always recommend to others. Also helped me a few months ago when they didnt need to , i needed to get to hospital for a family emergency & was worried about my car - they were fully booked but still took my car for a drive & put my mind at rest. Really appreciate how caring they were.
