   Avoid! I had a root canal done, it's caused me so much pain since, iv been told either some root or bacteria has been left by the dentist, even though its there fault iv got to pay £1600 to have it corrected else where.. not only that they missed a severe infection that I had to pay an emergency fee to get treated else where They also did a filling that has been painful since and told me "it's a side effect of a filling" and no further options or advise given

   I have just been and ghe quickest servicr I can ask for, called for emergency appointment got one, took xrays, told me my tooth need to be taken out. Explained I was scared, and seem to be calm and collective and supportive. 15 mins later tooth out and £75 lighter but happy its completed

   I’m extremely disappointed with the care I received from this dentist. I visited due to ongoing pain following a recent filling, and not only did the dentist offer no real solution, but I was also given no antibiotics or any form of proper treatment. Instead, he claimed the filling was “too difficult” for him to fix and advised me to go to a private dentist. He also stated that “one in five fillings fail”, which is both unscientific and misleading — especially as a justification for doing nothing. I left the practice still in pain, with no treatment, no clear plan, and no sense of responsibility taken. This level of care is unacceptable, and the explanations given were vague, dismissive, and lacked any evidence-based reasoning. I do not feel I was treated with the professionalism or attention a patient deserves.

   Absolutely appalling service for my partner. Forgot he was even there, then when they finally seen him, ragged his face around, dismissed him when he told them that his tooth is stuck there even though its on the X-ray and then tried to charge him even youth he's on UC and a carer. He was treated like scum.

   I decided to leave my dental practice after 15 years because of the really poor patient service they offered. So I decided to join Cradley dental practice and the service that I have received has been unbelievable they actually treated me like I was a patient and not just a cash cow. The dentist did a thorough examination and has done a phenomenal job replacing my fillings without charging me private cost for a white filling. Everyone is friendly and the dentist is very knowledgeable at what she does. Other dentist practices should take note. I’m so impressed that my wife and 2 kids are now registering with them.

   The staff were very polite and explained everything to my daughter (who is 6) so she knew what was happening. I can't fault any part of the treatment doing a marvellous job in these difficult times.
