Very impressive first experience away from Mini dealers. Our car developed an unexpected fault which required recovery as the car was undrivable. BN works were very helpful and responsive on the phone despite no previous dealings with them. They set realistic expectations that the car would probably not be even looked at until next week due to their acuity, but we accepted this and were pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call only 2 days later with a full diagnosis, common sense recommendations and an estimate of time to repair and service. Car collected this morning, very friendly customer service with a comprehensive review of work completed and future items to be covered. We could not be more satisfied with the level of responsiveness, communication and value for money. We would definitely recommend to others.
Excellent garage, I had a low coolant level warning on Friday causing my engine to overheat. I spoke to suky who accepted the car on the day despite them being busy. They managed to turn it around by Monday morning and got me driving again. They were upfront about the cost of everything and the price was really reasonable. Will be using them again in the future, very impressed.
Fitted me in around jobs and sorted car within a day. Threw in a clean in interior of car and tightened handbrake without asking. 100% recommend to any bmw owners looking for affordable prices.
Took my BMW X3 in for while-you-wait brake fluid change, sorted in under an hour, half the price of main dealer and updated on system and in the I-Drive. Friendly and helpful. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Having previously always gone direct to BMW for servicing - I was coming up to a major service on my 5 Series and the pricing was very high from the main dealer - Looking at existing reviews - I gave BN Works a call on a Friday afternoon to book my car in - I spoke with Sucha who was brilliant. My car was overdue its service and he promised as long as I could get there in the next half hour he would arrange the works that afternoon as the business was about to close for two weeks for summer holidays. How is that for brilliant service! The guys are very professional, friendly and do a great job. Followed up by an MOT a few weeks later. I will now always use them over a main dealer. Thanks again.
