   After the friendly service today came the disappointment. I have used the garage to change the engine oil on my Toyota today. I lifted the bonnet 2 hours later to check the level, and to my shock near the oil cap everything was covered in oil, reaching the belt and the alternator. No funnel was used, and no cleaning was done after the mess. Really poor service. Also no sign of the remaining oil from the 5 liter can that I have supplied, the car only takes 3.4 liters, and the rest could have been used to top up. Very disappointed unfortunately. Never seen service that poor and job so badly done.

These guys got it in first thing on Monday morning and let us within a couple of hours know nothing was wrong and we were safe to drive home - they wouldn't even take some money for a bit of labour.    I can say is that one stop garage (Highly experienced staff) is one of if not the best garage I have been to. I have been using onestop for over 11 years and not once have I been unhappy with the quality of work and the Price. Dave and Phil and rest of the crew are so helpful. the customer care and advice and service fantastic. I have recommended loads of my own clients The Hair salon S6 to them and the feedback is great. some of the times even when they have been so busy they have always took time out to book me in. fantastic service!!! thank you
