   My 89 year old father who is blind phoned me panicking that his front tooth had just broken off. This was about 11am. I called his dentist, Wordsley dental practice who bless them got him in at 11.45, 45 minutes after the “rogue pear” caused the break later sort out the issue. Thank you so much for acting so quickly to help and sort my father I really appreciate it.

   One of the best dental practices I have ever been to !! Dr pillay is highly experienced with a lot of knowledge he takes his time and throughly explains what he is doing. Not only that but he is one of the most gentle dentist I have ever had. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

   This use to be a brilliant dentist but since it’s been taken over it’s standards have dropped. Being left outside in the rain as the door is locked and having to then walk up the north face of the eiger to get upstairs is poor especially if you are elderly. My wife also attends and is disabled and was left outside in the rain for so long that I called her back and we went home. We received no call what so ever and none since, and that’s been over 12 months. Before we had a call to re book but nothing now. Gone elswhere

   One of the few men I trust! He takes the fright out of dentistry and has even done fillings with no injection - no pain at all. He will also always make time for his regular patients which is good to know if you have unexpected toothache. I would recommend this practice - excellent

   Appalling service, second appointment cancelled by this practice due to dentist having a holiday. It’s now been over a year since I’ve had an appointment. No apology just told will need to re book! I’ll be re booking elsewhere!!

   I took my 93 year old wheelchair bound mom for some treatment . I was on the phone for 15 mins trying to remind them I needed wheelchair ramp no answer and the ramp hadn’t been put out . The waiting room was locked and no until answer several knocks later . Eventually a patient answered the door and the irritable receptionist shouted “I’m on the phone wait” obviously short staffed but rude and meant a 10 minute wait in the drizzle . Others left waiting outside . Dentists very professional but this situation is unacceptable and needs sorting . Why cannot patients access the waiting room ?
