I would highly recommend Oak Tree Dental, I changed from my previous dentist practice over a year ago and I feel much more confident in the treatment I am now receiving. All the staff are very professional, thorougher and friendly!
To be honest, I left disappointed after my visit to this clinic about two months ago. I went for a specific service, which was carried out as expected, and I’m thankful for that. However, I was asked to return for a general check-up that I neither needed nor wanted, as I was already under treatment with another practice. The check-up itself lasted no more than two minutes, yet I was still charged for it. I found this unnecessary and frustrating, and it left me with a negative impression overall.
Staff are great,not too busy and was seen within 15 mins.Amy the dentist was great. Quite surprised at cost of implants,4k each,but suppose that's the work needed. Less sweeties for me from now on.
After 25 years as a patient, I am leaving Oak Tree Dental Practice due to ongoing issues and unacceptable conduct. Despite always arriving early, I was often kept waiting over 30 minutes, while patients just 5 minutes late were turned away. On the 25th, the receptionist told me my appointment was tomorrow, but when I arrived, I was told it had been yesterday. Staff then blamed me, saying it's the patient’s responsibility to remember appointment times, and tried to reschedule for a different date. This shows clear incompetence and poor communication. What I’ve never forgotten, though, was something that happened in the past: Jonathan, the owner, once said, “We should teach the girl a lesson and rip all her teeth out and give her dentures.” Whether said as a joke or not, it was completely unprofessional, inappropriate, and left a lasting impact. After raising my concerns, I received only a cold, dismissive response. I no longer feel respected in their care. Both my son and I will be going elsewhere.
I have been a patient here since the practise opened and had full confidence in Johnathan to do my implant. The experience was so much better than I anticipated and there was no pain whatsoever. If you are thinking of having an implant I cannot recommend Johnathan highly enough. A big thank you also goes to the efficient dental nurses and reception staff. The implant was the right front tooth and the left front tooth had a crown to match. I am so pleased with the natural look of my teeth.
Had some cosmetic work with Nikhil and I honestly couldn’t rate him more highly. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and I’m really happy with the results. Literally gave me my smile back. Have to give Olivia, his assistant a mention as she was made sure I was always comfortable throughout the appointments.
Delighted to be welcomed back after two years. I am a really nervous patient but I was soon put at ease with the brilliant young dentist Joshua who soon put me at ease, Thank you also would like to add Clare the receptionist who is very friendly and professional THANK YOU .
The best dentists. Im a nervous anxious patient - the staff, all the staff, are wonderful at putting you at ease and making you feel relaxed. I have recently received incredible service whilst being fitted for a Bridge. We encountered some problems initially, but the staff have really gone out of their way to ensure that I was happy. Can't fault them! Absolutely wonderful bunch of people! Thank you for all your help - It really is appreciated!
I visited the practice as an emergency appointment. I was told by the dentist I had an infection and to book in for a route canal. I had explained this tooth was causing me pain and my concern was it would get worse. That night I woke in excruciating pain with it. The following morning I called the dentist to try and get another emergency appointment. However, after 20 calls trying to get through I had no choice but to call another dentist. I have never felt so let down. I was offered no antibiotics just sent on my way. I certainly won’t be returning. Certainly don’t recommend this dental practice.
Fantastic dental surgery. The team are very helpful and friendly and will always offer you the best service. As a patient the team always endeavour to make you feel at ease and offer a range of treatments to suit your needs. I have always felt very at ease and would highly recommend the practice to anyone in search of a dentist.
