Lovely dental practice with the best staff ever! They’re all so lovely and a really great team. Their levels of professionalism and skills in dentistry are exceptional. 10/10 would recommend
Sorry for the review but I haven’t been happy for a while but had to take the leap and leave. Despite how lovely David is, a good manner hasn’t left my teeth in good health. For sometime I have been noting a concern over my back tooth. David kept saying it was ok and my teeth were good. I had a trauma on a tooth in Jan and since then my tooth has gone black. Again said that it was ok despite bleeding every day and smelling offensive. Unfortunately after leaving and going to another local dentist I have had to have two deep fillings which I believe could have been avoided. Maybe if I wasn’t registered as NHS this may not have happened. David please don’t lose your reputation while waiting to retire. You are a better dentist than that. Thank you.
I've been with this practice for over 10 years and would never willingly go elsewhere. From the delightful reception team led by Tess where patients are welcomed with smiles and kindness, to the actual treatment with (in my case) Lucy and her nurse Jess, going there is never a cause for anxiety as I know they work to the highest professional standards. When I've suffered from sudden tooth troubles like a lost filling, they've always managed to see me at short notice. If you are in or around Stourbridge and particularly if you're a nervous patient like me, I really recommend South Road.

Just been in to have a filling. Very professional, pleasant experience. The dentist and his assistant made the experience very comfortable, talking me through each part of the process. Reassurance throughout. All my family and extended family use the practice and are very happy with the service. Everyone there is so helpful. Would highly recommend.

I have been at this practice for a few years now , my wife also used it also we had looked at other local businesses but not be looking to move because of the staff particularly Lucy the dentist her "bedside" manner certainly puts the patients at rest and is very gentle the way she treats patients .
Poor quality dental work. Try to make you see and pay for dental hygienist instead of offering scrap and polish within NHS fees. Filling missing but had to wait 3 weeks for them to do the work. No offer to do a temporary filling in the mean time. It was their previous work that had fallen out!!! I know this is an NHS dentist but we should get a better service.
