   Dav and his team are exceptional. Their customer service is second to none. Dav has never charged me unnecessarily (this has happened to me before where I have been charged for work that did not need doing) and I completely trust him with all works carried out on my cars. He looked at my Focus recently for a fault with it - doing lots of diagnostics and clearly explained the outcome. I would definitely recommend BDM Autocentre

   My partner took time out of his work day to take my car into the garage to check over my driver seat that had to stopped moving forward in my 3 door corsa. I needed it sorting quickly as I've just had a baby a needed to get the car seat in and out by moving it forward. They said they'd call me about fitting it as they'd need to contact vauxhall for a part. 2 days pass and still no call. I chase them up and they say they're sorry and they'll call me about it soon because they've been busy. I never got a call back about it so took my business elsewhere. I've had other work done here and I think the prices are extortionate. £25 to adjust a headlight for mot? It's a shame as they're so close to where we live and would've been a convenient place to take our cars. Will not be returning.

   Engine malfunction light came on and lost all power, rung these and they said to bring straight in and they will do a diagnostic check. Had it all done and fixed by afternoon. Great service and nice people too

   Had a random spring snap on front near side whilst out and about…. Waited for recovery, whilst waiting I did a mad search for a garage near by that would be able to do the work the same day. Rang these guys who were luckily only up the road from where I was stranded. They quoted over the phone, had the part delivered and fitted the same day and I was back on the road before closing time! Due to the good service I returned within the week with my Van to have some work done on that also. Reasonably priced, good service and happy to help
