   Took a vauxhall astra in for mot and engine misfire problems payed for new coil pack they said was the problem with misfire needed front disc and pads for mot told me car all fixed and mot done picked car up got home still got a misfire looking for wheel locking nut not in car phone them they said it was in the boot not there told me to take car back to them they had my locking nut remover with nut stuck in it so now have to pay for nuts removed and told me to buy some new nuts very poor service never use again

   Prior to going to the garage, I used the chatting feature available on here and received an immediate response, went to the garage,,the gentleman welcomed me,, checked my car, took it for a test drive, and gave me solid and sincere advice and would not have me go to other shops where possibly I will be charged for something I don't really need for my issue at that moment..on top of that. this friendly experienced gentleman would not accept any money for that drive check,,I truly appreciate them, and if I have any issues in the future or looking for an MOT, I will most definitely come back here 100%.
