   Had a repair done to our Kia. As someone who knows very little about cars, the service we received was informative, attentive and professional. At no point did we feel we were being ripped off as with other garages. Contrary to another review below, Phil was very helpful and kept us up-to-date with regular phone calls, and gave us impartial advice. Would highly recommend.

   all of the team were fantastic and coud not have been more helpful when our motorhome needed repairing after being stolen . They made a massive effort and got the repairs done sooner than expected so we didnt miss a planned holiday Marc was outstanding - he could not have been more helpful and reassuring ,he kept us up to date throughout the time the motorhome was with them

   Had my vehicle repaired with Archbold through my insurance. Phil was rude and unprofessional. They took an unnecessary 5 weeks to repair my vehicle. Took my vehicle to have coding done by Lexus when it wasn't needed. Booked my car in for a recall with the dealer but didn't allow the works to be completed. This has placed me at inconvenience. Now the repair has caused further damage which they are not willing to take liability despite it being covered by a warranty for the repair. They are trying to claim the repair from my insurance despite it is down to their own negligence. Avoid this place.

   The repair to our motorhome was done quickly and expertly. The repaired panel looks brand new! The staff we met were all very friendly and reassuringly knowledgeable, the aftersales advice was also very good and well needed. Would definitely recommend these guys. 5 stars all round

   Took my Transporter van to the garage for a quote after an accident with a third party. The work was finished to a excellent standard. And the colour match was spot on. As it is not always easy to do on a silver 12 year old van. The whole prosess was quick and simple. A big thank you to the staff.

   Extremely happy with the service given! Had an accident through no fault of my own and my insurance arranged for Archbold Repair Centre to collect my car from my workplace, repair it and then bring it back. They communicated throughout the whole experience and it was complete within a day; you wouldn't even think that there was ever a scuff there. They even cleaned my car for me which I was very happy about as it was well overdue one, thanks so much!
