   I went to buy some socks and one of the pack had different sizes, so I asked for help one of the staff came to help me she was really friendly but because she was confused called for a manager ( I think Sam) , he tried to convince me its the same size what was clearly not didnt even made eye contact and he had a super bad attitude... I really sorry for the staff to work with a manager like him.

   I went to buy sliders however the staff are very unfriendly and aggressive. They get upset if you ask a simple question. The store itself has loud music and is always full of roadmen.

   Picked up a online order, the gentlemen at the till might of been the manager was very polite and curtious. Also another young gentlemen who works weekends mainly always gets my online orders very quickly. I thank you for the excellent service.

   One e more, I have visited JD to buy and return Nike DRI-Fit, I was welcomed at the door by DJAMAL, he asked if he can help , I informed him that I want to buy and return some stuff, he was the most helpful, professional, polite , knowledgeable and kind . He advised me about the options they have and which one is suitable for my son , When I went to pay for the items , I was served by a lady called LYNA. Again LYNA was so kind, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable, I didn’t wait more than 3 minutes , and she has done refund and finished the purchase in 3 minutes , I am so blessed that these two employees are working at JD, to be honest most of JD staff are like Djamal and LYNA Well done both of you for your kind help And god bless you

   I visited the shop today , I needed help to purchase one item only , However, I was approached by DJAMAL, who helped me beyond his capacity. DGAMAL was/is really friendly person , extraordinary, knowledgeable, helpful, goes that extra mile to help and answers all of the question with friendly smile I went to the till to pay for the items, a lady called ENADA was there, again as DGAMAL she was extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful and absolutely friendly To be honest I was so blessed to be helped by those 2 staff Well done team . and all the best in your future

   I went to this store to get some new pair of trainers on my way back from work and I don’t want to believe what I experienced was covert racism but it smells of it. The store wasn’t in any way busy at the time, on several occasions the store manager who is a middle aged white male kept on coming to ask another customer who was white if she needed any assistance without acknowledging me, he would look at me, zoom off and not say anything. Two other member of staff did the same thing, funny enough the customer in question was already served as she was trying on some trainers, it seemed as though I was a nobody to me, I felt discriminated against. This was a terrible experience, it totally ruined my mood and I had to leave the store… I would have given a zero star if i could, they need to work on their customer service!
