   Liked · Good location with easy bus & tram connectivity with the city center. Room is as described, with a decent bed and very clean bathroom. Good for solo/couple travellers for a maximum of 1-2 days. Cannot stay longer than that. I had travelled to attend the United vs Brighton game at Old Trafford. The win kept me buzzing, so I had a good stay in the room for 1 night. Disliked · The owners were very selective with their responses. I had arrived at 1pm and asked for the entry code. They responded very bluntly that the code would be provided only at 1.30pm. It is clearly mentioned that the check-in is at 2pm; hence, I do not complain, but they do not go above and beyond to make the experience better. I also requested (twice) if they could just provide a place to store luggage for a few hours after checkout as I had a late train. A simple yes/no would suffice, but they did not even bother to answer on the messages app or pick up the call to the number provided. There is no reception or staff available on the location if any emergency help is required; I did not need it, so no worries. The kitchen is very basic but not very well equipped. Would not suggest cooking anything here. Rather, takeaway or food delivery (Uber Eats) is a better option. Also, the shower runs on a small instant heater, and the hot water runs for a max 2-3mins and abruptly turns cold. Suggest you keep your showers brief. There is no hot water in the sink.

   The Room was value for money cheep and cheerful..budget room..the room was clean and tidy the toilet/shower was spotless i stayed in room 6..and to be honest the bed was extremely comfortable likewise with the pillows while staying there for me it was very quiet..would I recommend this place *YES*

   The room was quite small, but overall okay for the price - decent value. However, the main issue was on our last night when the guests above us were having very loud sex, and it went on for most of the night. It was extremely audible and made it hard to sleep - very unpleasant. Also, it was difficult to reach the staff when we needed something, which could be a serious problem in case of an emergency. We also couldn’t find any sign in the room to request cleaning or fresh towels, so we had to ask in person. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but there are definitely things to improve.

   The bathroom had no body wash ,the bed was not made presentable to my best of my knowledge. Tv cables hanging and the wall I had to leave the place even before 9am could not be around for long again.

   It was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend it to anyone at all. Negatives: There were so many things which could have been improved and everything has an evidence in pictures; 1) The space was so small, as compared to big area in pictures. 2) The bathroom door was not full rather it opened in steps. 3) There were holes in walls and floor and cracks in the walls, letting crawling insects inside. 4) The room had a peculiar smell, which the landlord said was due to bleach but it definitely was not bleach. 5) The heaters were not controllable from thermostat in the room. They were either uncontrollably hot or just stopped working from 8 30 AM to 4 30 PM. We had to ask the landlord and they said it is automatic so we gotta adjust. 6) There were no pots or pans in the kitchen. 7) There were black flying insects in the room. 8) The water pipe in shower leaked and the thermostat of water heater in the shower worked reverse. 9) The storage space was abysmally small. 10) The bed linens and the pillows were smelly and dirty. We used our own sheets and pillow covers. Positives: Our experience was Bittersweet. The good thing was that cleaning staff was genial and understanding. They were happy to clean and provided with good refills of toiletries. The location was main, therefore, transport links were good and the property had a view of Albert Park which was nice.

   My boyfriend and I came to stop here for the Panic! At the disco concert, and for the price these rooms are lovely! They’re small and did the job of giving us a place to stay. But the rooms were tidy, the bed was super comfy (the duvet and pillows are feathers tho, good to keep in mind for allergies). Late check out is a £15 charge but the owners are super understanding and I explained that we’d be checking out late and why as well as asking for details to send the money to and they did it straight away with no massive pressure to get out straight away. 10/10 recommend for short stays in Manchester

   There is only parking for 2 cars and when I arrived there were 2 vehicles in front of the place so I parked round the back. The rooms do not look like the images shown on the website. Rooms were small, and the bathroom door kept getting stuck.

   We stayed here as we were going to the AO arena. We walked to the arena and got a taxi back. Tha taxi was £6.40. The room was airy and clean. We had a problem with the TV and the gentleman went above and beyond to try and sort it for us. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. We will certainly be staying next time were in Manchester.

   Room was a bit small, but was clean and provided nice towels. Nice place to stay for a night if you need a bed. Bus to the city center is just outside the door.

   Very very bad experience. Dirty rooms . Dirty duvet and pillow covers. No hot water in taps . There is no proper curtains all day light coming in . Heating is not working just like i step in to a freezer its December . Please do not waste your money here . Rooms are very small just like box room. I asked them i need to refund so i can book some where else and they simply refused to refund me i only stayed 30 mints in this hotel when i came in i asked them that room is cold every 5 mints they tell me that give us 5 mints we will fix it but nothing ..
