DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!! I bought a vw passat that was meant to have age related marks only. Drove it less than 40 miles and the warning light came on for the egr valve. This cowboy told me it needed a sensor cleaned a REAL mechanic informed me its the egr valve needing replaced. Phoned these clowns up and he made excuses to gwt off the phone and has ignored calls from me and autotrader ever since as i am due a refund..... trading standards are now involved.......never trust anyone willing to sell a faulty family car

I use my motor DaiIy and can't get to work with out it but stupidly I let my mot expire by two whole months (oops) and couldn't get in at my normal place for five days even tho I had used them for many a year ,so called in at k&m on the of chance they could help me out. Paul could tell I was desperate and even tho they were busy (cars all over) he got the mot done that day it failed on the sill Which needed to be welded Not a small one either repaired the cv joint gaiter wich was an advisory from the year before and replaced a couple of bulbs, this all cost £120 including mot test and parts parts &labour Paul is an honest mechanic and a really nice guy probably the reason the garage has been there for so many years. And just to sum up how well I was looked after this is the first ever review I have done that wasn't going to get me money off or a free desert
