   After the AA left us waiting 8 hours to assist us with our car not starting these guys came to the rescue. It was 10pm and we needed the car at the garage for its MOT the day after . Terry got our car going followed me to the garage to ensure it didn’t breakdown again. Then even brought me home as it was -6 degrees. Thank you Terry!

   Just had The Mansfield Group attend my place of work , A guy called Ryan, came long before the eta. Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable engineer had my drive chain lightened in no time despite not having a padlock stand did the job with me sat on it to set it up for my riding stance.    Break down number 1 Gearbox failure, clearly expressed over the phone that it can't be fixed road side, 3 hours and numerous lies later a van arrives to try and fix it. He can't. He then says his tow bar is broken (on a recovery van! Really?). 3 hours and several more lies later a wagon arrives to recover me. Total lack of interest from Mansfield group over the phone apart from the numerous repeating of they're just on a drop off won't be long. Utter shambles of a recovery firm. Break down number 2 Total engine failure, timing belt snapped at 70mph. M62 6AM 2 degrees raining 1st week in January. Mansfield group being sent to recover within 1 hour...90 minutes later they've picked up the wrong van from the motorway! How that's possible I don't know unless it was a lie... Eventually recovered to a safe location to wait for a few hours for a sub contractor to recover me as there obviously wasn't enough money it for them. Break down number 3 Today 07/07/2018 11.50am and 28 degrees Celsius on the M62 they're estimated recovery time...16.04pm. How this firm are still trading is beyond me they're truly diabolical. This firm are contracted by green flag and not used by choice. Disgraceful.
