   I am absolutely shocked and disappointed with the service I received from this so-called “mechanic.” They charged me £440 to replace a fuel pump that didn’t even need replacing. The real issue was simply that my car was out of fuel due to a faulty fuel gauge – something any competent mechanic should have diagnosed before jumping to such an expensive and unnecessary repair. When I told them that the issue was still there afterwards (obviously, since there was no fuel in the tank), they refused to come back, didn’t investigate further, and took zero responsibility for the mistake. Instead, I was left out of pocket with no resolution and a car that still wasn’t running. This is not only unprofessional, it’s downright dishonest. Charging hundreds of pounds for a misdiagnosis and then walking away is unacceptable. I would never recommend their services to anyone – if you value your money and want a mechanic who actually knows what they’re doing, stay far away.

   I booked in for a service & mot last month and thought they'd done a great job until my car ran out of oil 5 days later! I emailed the company to ask if my oil levels had been checked/topped up and had no reply. Disappointing as aside from that I was really happy.

   Callum came highly recommended from a previous work colleague. I have used Auto Fleet services on two occasions and will continue to do so. Callum is professional and takes great pride in his work. My father's car broke down, and I called Callum straight away. He was busy as expected. However, he did his best to fit me in within the next couple of days. Callum arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes went and picked the part up and fitted the part in flooding rain. Nothing held him back. I would not hesitate to recommend Callum to family and friends. Perfect service. Thank you Callum.

   I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Had a great experience with Callum and Autofleet. Firstly, it is so convenient to have a service at your house for the same price, even cheaper then some other garages. Secondly, the work done on my car was top notch, that even the MOT garage I went to after, commented on the quality. Thirdly, Callum was patient and friendly, even though I presented him with last minute challenges, he was so accommodating and made me feel at ease. I've had mixed experiences with garages but he was so easy to contact and talked me through everything. I have been recommending Autofleet to all my friends and will definitely be using them from now on.
