Definitely recommend this store if you want to get a proper understanding of what shoe is best for you. Kevan and Mohamed are both experts on running and shoes and running shoes. They helped me a great deal with understanding my run analysis - if I pronate and identifying the best shoe for me. Great experience, convenient location and some good advice received. Looking forward to improving my running form with my ASICS pair.
I had a great experience at the ASICS store thanks to Paddy. Even though the store was closing permanently the next day and the gait analysis service wasn’t officially running, he still went out of his way to do the test for me. He was incredibly kind and thorough—he asked about the distances I run, helped me find the right shoe, and made sure I got the right size. The only issue I had was with ASICS itself: I found it difficult to figure out how to book a gait test online for the future. The website wasn’t very clear, and that part of the user experience could really use some improvement. Huge thanks to Paddy for going above and beyond!
My son and I return to the Canary Wharf Asics store over other similar stores due to the excellent customer service here. The staff have been consistently helpful, know their brand well and give excellent individual advice. Paddy was in charge today and although the trainer I wanted was not in stock he gave me all the info. I required to order online. I hope the brand understands that customer loyalty for a pricey product is entirely down to the quality of the staff members.

Asics are life changing shoes, especially if you have feet problem like me. We were helped in this Branch by Hiten, who was polite, effecient, and really knowledgable. Shout out to the asics team!

I’ve had ASICS for years and came in to upgrade my running shoes. Hiten was just brilliant - I was really impressed at the level of his knowledge and how he was able to help me choose the right shoe for my narrow feet. He seems to know the ASICS shoe models inside out. He was polite, efficient and meant I have stayed with ASICS instead of going to another brand. Would definitely recommend
Arozo is the best, professional service with a smile! My husband bought the trainers and wore them out throwing the old ASICS he was wearing and couldn’t be happier! Especially as they mentioned they’d replace them if there’s any defect within 90 days! Brilliant!! Thank you Arozo!
