Although, I don't think there is much else to be said that hasn't already be mentioned in the other reviews. This guy is an example to his trade that all others should look to follow.     Have been using Royce's autos for a number of years now. I can honestly say I have never once felt undervalued as a customer, overcharged or unsure about anything that's been explained as needing repair on my now little old car which, as a young woman with no knowledge of this type of thing has been really important.
