All staff here were lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Free parking and breakfast included. The location was fantastic, a bus stop right outside the hotel and only takes about 20 mins to get into Manchester. Highly recommended. My friend and I had a lovely 2 night stay.
We stayed at the hazeldean as it was conveniently postitoned for our evening at heaton park to watch the comeback of the mighty Oasis on there first gig in Manchester since 2009!! Having visited heaton park for a Noel Gallagher gig back in 2019 previously and stayed in the city I knew it was a bit of a pain getting back. This place offered a 20 min walk back from the park. Perfect. Quiet clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were polite. A modest breakfast was offered as part of the booking but enough to see you on your way to start the day. Thanks!
Really clean and in a quiet area. Large comfy room with no carpet on floor (big bonus). Friendly staff. Breakfast included, bagels, toast, yogurts, juices, fruit etc (no cooked breakfast). Bus stop just opposite the entrance with direct lines to Manch Victoria
Fantastic place, would highly recommend it. Convenient, has parking, and we were greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk. The bedroom was beyond our expectations, it looked way nicer than we thought it would. The room was clean, the beds were comfy after a long trip. The breakfast was awesome, includes cereal, snacks, and bread/rolls and coffee, nothing more than what you typically have at Home, (just remember not to check out until you eat). The shower was cold for the first couple of minutes, but then it warmed up after. But it was overall a great experience, and I think it's more like a 3.5 star Hotel rather than a 2 star.
Booked this hotel the night before staying, as we were attending an event in Manchester, it was prices 68£ triple room, 1 double 1 single. We were allocated the top floor attic. It was very spacious, very clean indeed, and the beds were amazing such comfortable beds. The showerroom was so good, very big shower and all spotless, very quiet hotel. The downside was being on top floor and I have a walking disability and no lift. However I forgot to request lower floor so my fault really.and we booked the night before. Staff were very helpful and kind, the gentleman checking me in even took my bag up to the room. Simple continental breakfast included which was very good. If ever in Manchester or the area I would book again. :)
Couldn't fault it. Staff were lovely and helpful. Beds are so comfy. Location is good. Plenty of public transport available outside. Breakfast is continental and there is no shortage of choice.
Booked a big party for my daughters wedding. Louise is absolutely excellent, great customer service. Good rooms comfy beds warm and very clean. Not far from the city centre. Will definitely return and thank you
Lovely budget hotel, staff were fantastic. You have to request items such as TV, Hairdryer, Iron. Cold breakfast included and complimentary hot drinks and water. The rooms are very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
Lovely property.... Gets all the basics right. Only wish the shower stall was bigger but overall great value for money and FANTASTIC staff.
We recently booked out the whole hotel and it was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and the secretaries were always willing to help constantly asking us if we need anything. We were a large group of adults and children and nothing was lacking. The breakfast room remained well stocked throughout the day to catch a coffee or a snack. The rooms are spacious with ample room to move around the beds and cleaned to the highest standards as was the public areas of the hotel. Housekeeping was done to a high standard. If we needed anything extra the manager of the hotel was happy to accommodate and tried his hardest to help us out. There was also plenty of off-street free parking for our use. We very much enjoyed ourselves and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Manchester.
