   Had the worst experience with this useless garage. Bought my Ford Focus with a bad engine and told him to fix or replace Instead of replacing he fixed the engine knowing well it's better to replace the engine since the cost is the same. Trusted him to guide me better but he was careless in the way he does his job. After fixing the car, the engine lights were still on and he couldn't fix it. Also lost my spare key there. Pls stay away from this garage.

   I wouldn’t wish this garage on my worst enemy. Absolute crooks! They completely ripped me off with a dodgy parts quote—overpriced nonsense—and couldn’t even provide an invoice when I asked for it. Three months of waiting, and the problem with my car still isn’t fixed. They don’t pick up the phone, and once you pay them, good luck getting any response—they ghost you completely. You have to beg for the tiniest scrap of information. Worse still, my car got scratched up and robbed while in their so-called 'care'—they just dump vehicles in random back alleys on the street like it’s nothing. Oh, and if you’re after a fake MOT, this is the perfect spot! To get rid of me after their pathetic ‘repairs,’ they somehow passed my car with broken brake lights and a knackered rear brake drum. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be scammed, ignored, and left with a damaged, barely legal car. Disgraceful.

   They have had my car for over a year now, I had brought my ford s max here at the start of January last year and it has still not been fixed. The mechanics have been continuously lying with me saying it would be fixed within 2 weeks but it has been a year now. Terrible customer service. Whenever I try to call they always purposely ignore my call or just end the call. They have been overcharging me for parts which do not even need fixing and try to scam me by charging me extra.Absolutely would not recommend!!

   Poor customer service plus over charge customers just because of what they are wearing or because they own a van so therefor customer has to pay more. Got told M.O.T would be £50 and to change breakpads £40 Labour plus change headlight bulb £10 fitting £8 for bulb apparently this adds up to £200. Someone pls do the maths. I told him I wasn't paying that amount he then said he wasn't releasing my car. Worst experience ever. Rip off...

   Use this garage at your own risk. Customer service sucks and they are grossly incompetent. They had my Ford Focus for 3 weeks and still couldnt fix it with no clear reasons given. To add insult to injury they charged me for it!
