   Absolutely shocking experience. Booked my car in for a simple pressure test at 9am and was told it would be looked at the same morning. By 2:30pm I still hadn’t heard anything, so I rang the garage. Suddenly they “didn’t have the equipment back that he had lent out” and told me that coming to collect the car instead would be a better option. When I arrived, the mechanic was on the phone clearly spinning excuses to another customer, while his own staff were sat on break laughing and doing the Pinocchio nose hand sign behind him. That alone told me everything I needed to know. Checked my dashcam when I got home and the car hadn’t been moved once. They hadn’t touched it all day, despite the stories they’d given me. Completely unprofessional, dishonest and a total waste of time. If this is how they treat customers, I wouldn’t trust them with anything more complicated than pumping up a tyre.

   Quoted for a repair. Quote was before VAT so was shocked when charged more when collecting. Never experienced this before as quotes usually include VAT. Could have gotten cheaper elsewhere. Would reccomend staff are clearer when quoting.

   Very professional and helpful; work completed on time for a very reasonable price. Had body work, (including sill repair), painting and panel/ door replacement done on an Audi A1. Excellent finish on the work, as good as new. Nothing was too much hassle. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do private work on their car.
