A shame you have to give a star because he don't even deserve one!! Had my wing mirror knocked off I provided the wing mirror witch was brand new just for him to fix it on with sellotape. Yes no joke he used clear tape to hold it in place Asked him to fit a gear box I turned up just before they was dew to close (as its along walk for me did not want him waiting for me to get there) I asked how he got on to witch he started swearing and shouting at me in middle of his yard because I got there before he could test drive my car I was happy to wait like I say I didn't want him to wait for me to walk after he was dew to shut The final nail in the coffin for me was I asked him to look at a knocking noise at the front of my car after he changed the oil and filters he told me the issue and how bad it was and agreed I would let him work on it when I got back off holiday week later I asked to book it in for end of the week witch he never ordered the parts and kept my car in over the bank holiday with out even telling me and blamed me for not giving him enough time and after my car left after having the service I payed £15 for him to tell my car its had a service and now he can't get the light off the dash and some how lost rear suspension and want put this right I'm sorry but this guy is a jacka## and would not trust him the way he talks to people is disgusting and suprized he's not been shut down yet!!! I have left phots of the wing mirror he taped up and the suspension that he has damaged when doing a service
No hassle, easy service and honest prices. Will come again for maintenance edit: Unfortunately have to edit this review, after 2 or three yearly services with this garage. There was no hassle in the past but now decided to change the oil myself (year later) to find my oil sump plug to be stripped and pasted all over with RTV/black silicon. Never heard a peep from the technician about this so not as honest after all... Left me in a pickle after I dumped all oil out and couldn't put any back in. Had to order £30 sump rethread kit from amazon and repair it myself. Surely, a garage could have done this instead leaving a stripped hole for the next person.
