Really pleased with the service overall. Great communication throughout. Arranged for my vehicle to be collected, driver arrived on time and returned the car spotless clean inside and out. Relevant paperwork received and all tasks completed. Would definitely use again and highly recommended.
Very positive experience, staff were very polite, gave me a room to work in and the wi-fi code whilst I was awaiting my car to be serviced. Without me asking they regularly popped into the room to ask if I would like a drink. The car was washed and hoovered after the service and was spotlessly clean.

I've found a garage I trust! This was my first time of coming to the garage with a fleet car. From start to finish this was amazing. Staff are amazing, free wifi, coffee and biscuits along with a private office if you need to carry out any calls/ work, or comfy clean seating area. I dont even get this level of service from the main dealers. This garage is going over and above what the brand garages are doing. They knew what work was needed and did a quick check on a small concern I added. Steph who was covering front of desk kept checking I was ok and did I need any more drinks or biscuits and giving updates on the progress. Everyone is valued and equal here and thats a big change from what I've experienced elsewhere. Car was washed and vacuumed after and Steph walked me back to make sure I was happy and assure me any issues I can ring direct. Definitely recommend.
Super pleased with my visit today. All staff are so friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Chris for being so proactive and getting my car in for a service - even though I had appointment for service next week! Great waiting area and selection of food and drinks, there was a lovely warm office space where I was able to sit and work comfortably in. Clear communication and all questions answered. Report received for all work completed on my car and a lovely vac and clean - the cherry on top! Excellent service. Can't recommend enough.

Had the pleasure of getting my car Jaguar XF 2013 central locking done by the team over at Pro-Tech Automotive. Drove all the way from Liverpool and Chris and the whole team made me feel welcome, and that I was in safe hands. They had me booked into to wait and look at my car, they got my central locking done super quick, and sorted another problem for me also, and done a great job for a great price. These guys and girl are a great friendly team, and offer great customer service and legitimately care and offer great work for a great price. 10/10 Fantastic honest work
Pro tech were absolutely brilliant and I’m so glad I took my car there. I took my car in to get a battery fault fixed, a service and a replacement for a damaged wing mirror and did everything with no bother and in brilliant time. They called me throughout the day to keep me up to date with what they were doing and told me the cost as they went along - including the labour cost which was really helpful. When I picked my car up, they gave me a paper bill with the breakdown of all the costs and ran everything by me a final time. Really friendly and helpful throughout. I’ll definitely use them again and I’d recommend them to anyone!
Just collected my fully electric Renault Zoe that had been having aircon problems. Renault dealer quoted me £1200 to fix it: Barry and his [qualified electric-vehicle technician] team at Pro-Tech sorted it out for £400. I've just saved £800 and found where I'm going to get my electric vehicle serviced in future. Great company, highly recommended!!
