   Did a great job repairing the damage to my car which was caused by an accident. From the moment they picked my car up they kept me up to date with what was happening and where they were up to with the repair. As soon as the repair was finished they let me know and phoned me before they set off to drop my vehicle off at my home address. The staff were friendly and more than helpful and the repair was done to a high standard

They kept me informed about the repair at every stage.    This company repaired my car for the insurance and it was not the best repair. The first time the car got returned they had missed some bits and the bumper didn’t line up, so it was returned. I have now had the car returned and the bumper lines up perfect and they have painted the bits they missed, but they have left over spray on the rubbers and it looks a real shoddy job, not sure if they had the apprentice on it but it’s disappointing that they can take your car and return it with such a bad job

   Terrible customer service, repairs were average, and car came away with several scratches, pitted discs from being stationery for over 3 months, dents on the repaired panel, scratches on the interior, and unprofessional Customer service staff. If your insurance company recommends you to use Turners, go elsewhere.

   The most professional company I’ve ever encountered. My skoda was in a small collision, these guys sorted a courtesy car for us, made the car look brand new and went the extra mile to clean it inside and out. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly and the quality of work is outstanding. Highly recommend!

   My insurance company sent my car here for repair. I drive a qashqai so was worried I'd have a small courtesy car to get my toddler in and out of, I'm pregnant too so thought it would be a struggle but Lesley turned up in a brand new seat arona for me which was a god send and more or less like for like. I used the online tracker to track my repair and called a couple of times to see how they were getting on. The staff on reception were all so helpful and friendly I cant fault them. They have repaired my car beautifully it looks brand new! Thank you so much Turners, I hope I won't need you again but if I ever do, I won't hesitate to use your services! Thank you!
