   After trying other accredited body repair companies and being disappointed with their customer service I was fortunate to find Master Cars Birstall. From the initial conversation with Suj I felt that at last I had found a company that would listen to me and take into consideration my request. Within 30 mins of my initial conversation I received a call back from the Body Shop Manager Ian, he arranged to examine the extent of the damage in person the next day. To my relief Ian and his team came up with the perfect solution to repair the damage. I am delighted with the outcome and will not hesitate in using Master Cars Birstall again. (see before and after pics below) I will also add that from the initial call to me having the car repaired took less than a week and would've been quicker if I could have taken the car earlier. Hopefully the attached images do the repair justice, thanks again to the whole team at Master Cars and particularly Ian and Suj. Thanks again Carl

   Really great efficient service from start to end on Suzuki Swift Sport 2014, cosmetic repair to bonnet and driver door mirror, in preparation for sale. Really great paint finish including 3 year warranty. Touch up paint and tips provided on after care. Bonus repair of fogged headlamps has really given back the car it's wow factor.    It was my first time using a repair service, and I couldn’t be happier with Master Cars, Birstall. At first, my insurer’s partner asked me to wait over a month, but when I went to Master Cars, Dean checked the damage and guided me to contact Admiral for a third-party repair process — which worked perfectly. Suraj was also amazing, arranging an early courtesy car and starting the repair before the scheduled date. To my surprise, my car was ready in just 3 days and looked fantastic. The whole team made the process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend them for their fast, reliable, and friendly service!

   Well totally out of what a normal review is on this place. A work vehicle of mine broke down on the main A road out of leads. I had gone to several garages to borrow a jump pack and none of them would help, until I got to this company who I can not thank enough, with no questions asked they were willing to help me and their customer service was 5* couldn’t of asked for better.    Master Cars did a fantastic job on my fiat. My car was unfortunatley crashed into by a bus, but you would never know! They did such a good paint job and they valletted my car which was just the cherry on top of the cake! Sej and Katie were really helpful, patient and friendly and let me ask a million questions! They we're always willing to listen and help in anyway they could.
