Had my car serviced at a Land Rover main agent in the past but they started to let me down so move to G.O.G. just had the vehicle mot and full service by a Mr. A. Young what a difference he has made to my vehicle, I will never go back to a Land Rover main agent again, thank you to Green Oval Garage and Mr A Young.

Took my Range Rover Sport to Green Oval for warranty repairs (Active Roll Control and Air-con compressor) — first time using them and I was genuinely impressed. Derek looked after everything and dealt with the warranty company directly, saving me the hassle. He kept me updated throughout, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew if there were going to be any extra costs. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. The place was busy, but that just shows how trusted they are — and now I can see why. Green Oval will be my go-to from now on for any future work or servicing. If you’ve got a Range Rover or Land Rover, I’d 100% recommend giving them a call. Proper specialists who know what they’re doing.

Having spilt water on a component I ordered a replacement via Green Oval. They called to inform me it was there the next morning. On collection, Brian the MD came out and fitted the part as well as rebuilding the door panel there and then..... After 25 years of using a franchise dealer the only customer service that mattered was the constant up selling so the search for a reliable independent Landrover specialist began. I found Green Oval who are quite local and gave them a try, what a difference compared to the franchise. Brian, Derek and the team give a new meaning to customer service, communication is excellent, service, knowledge second to none ,competitive pricing nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Green Oval to anyone.
I have used this garage a couple of times now and I wouldn't go anywhere else with my Range Rover. Their customer service is second to none and they always go the extra mile to make sure your experience in dealing with them is above and beyond. I only took my car in for its MOT this time so I wasn't spending much with them. This didn't deflect them from providing an excellent customer experience from start to finish, even washing my car for me before I picked it up. Communication was brilliant and my car was ready when they said it would be. Forget the rest and make sure you use this company if you want the full package. Many others could learn from them in how to provide the best all round service to the public.
After a few months of searching, I bought my 2011 Range Rover Sport from these guys - They were more than helpful and after an independent inspection it turned out the car was a fantastic example. As with any used Range Rover Sport of a certain age though, you are always going to run the risk of something failing , it's the nature of the beast - unfortunately (Sod's Law) one of the suspension level sensors failed in week 1 but Brian and the guys were straight on it and had it turned around the same day without any questions or charge. If you are contemplating entering the world of Land Rover I can certainly recommend you get in touch with Green Oval, they are quite clearly one of the leading Specialists in these parts and nothing is too much trouble - it's 5 stars from me!
