On 8th August my car went into DM Keith BYD after being taken by the AA. They had my car for 6 days to rectify it not charging. Found to be a charging inlet. To repair this they had to force my plastic cover off leaving 4 holes in the process they will replace this if I’m willing to travel 4 hours to them. I received my car back on the 14th BYD servicing was closed this day so my keys left with Ford. On collecting my car it had RED SRS lights on and warning not to drive. I don’t live in the area so have took the car home to MK. Something has been disconnected whilst in DM Keith and now BYD in MK have no idea how to fix this issue. I’ve been without my car since 15th September all due to DM Keith servicing messing something up on my vehicle service wise for BYD be mindful the area manager has agreed to pay for whatever repairs are required if not warranty work. Unfortunately no one knows what to do to find out what’s wrong

I run a number of Transit Customs in the fleet that cover very high mileage each year, so we sincerely value service that is both pragmatic and fast. Karen and her team of mechanics are outstanding. They do not mess around and I would not send our vans anywhere else. I call Karen, the vans go in quickly, diagnosis is completed rapidly with a clear video explanation and cost breakdown, we approve the works and the vehicle is back out on the road in no time. We have dealt with Ford main dealers across the country and have never experienced service that comes close to the team in Leeds. We are a group of highly motivated people who work tirelessly to deliver great customer service, and it is refreshing to finally find a service provider that shares the same work ethic and values. Well done and thank you Karen and team!

My car went in for an issue with the window and petrol filter, the petrol filter was fixed with an update which was great, the window was greased which fixed this issue after me paying £150 for an update I didn't need, when I sent my car back I was told it would be washed (not a fully vallet), when I got it back it came back dirtier than it went in, so when they rang to ask for feedback I mentioned it being dirty, without hesitation they got me back in for a full clean for free, the cleaning on the outside was great, but the inside still had the same issue where the windscreen has mucky smudges all over it and the trim looks like it's being wiped with a damp cloth, now this is nothing against the reception team, they were wonderful and sorted my car out perfectly, however the cleaning team could really do with learning how to clean properly, now i'm not expecting to he able to eat my dinner off my dash board, but being able to see out of a smudge free windscreen would be nice, for reference it went in with 0 smudges as it's a pet peve of mine. For reference, the last 2 images are before they offered to clean it for free for me.

They do an okay job value for money lets them down. Customer service was a lot better today sometimes that can be hit and miss depending on who you get today i think i got beth and the guy with the long hair. They charge a lot of money (£282) for brake fluid change and changing 1 tyre sensor. When your car is serviced, you normally get your car cleaned with it. This time, they couldn't be bothered cleaning the wheels such a shame been using them for the last 5 years. Might be better charging less and not cleaning the car.

Massive shoutout to Damian Miller who worked on my ST3 on 7th December. Not only did he do a fantastic service and MOT on the car he also identified where a squeak was coming from that has been ‘undetected’ by three other car garages. Price was a little more than I was expecting to pay but the team at this branch really did their best in providing updates, fault finding and flexibility for me dropping it off and picking up. Other car after sale companies should take notes from D M Keith in Leeds. Please pass on my thanks to Damian for working on my pride and joy and taking good care of it. Although I never met Kathy in person she kept me up to date with what was happening and when. I will be returning next year when I need more work doing. Hats off to everyone involved.

I wasnt happy as when i booked my car in i asked for the rear wiper changing, when it was ready to come back i checked to see if it had been done and no it had not, so it had to be done, when my car came back i didnt drive it until the Saturday and quickley found out i had not much water coming out of my front washers, i rang up on the Monday to explane this, it was booked in again for this doing, my car had just had a full service and a MOT, Why wasnt this picked up, especially for the MOT ? It went back in and found the washers were blocked! Of wich i had to pay for, this should have been done under the service and MOT, ITSthe first time iv not been happy

Took my car in for its first mot today, and the service I received was fantastic. The very professional polite and knowledgeable staff were more than happy to answer a few queries I had and went above and beyond explaining my new service plan. Great service would highly recommend.

Booking is good. Venue is now overcrowded due to company success. Good for them, no where to park for you. Costs up, customer paperwork virtually nil. No SatNav software upgrades anymore even at dealership service prices.
