   Screen on my wife's mini was flickering and shutting down. Spoke to main dealer who wanted £150 for a diagnostic appointment. Spoke to an independent mini garage who won't work on EV's (despite the screen running off the 12 volt battery?). Booked in with Mad4Mini - very friendly and professional they quoted me £75/hour for diagnostics but they suspected it wouldn't take long and if that would be the case they wouldn't charge for the full hour. Great that they were expecting me when I arrived, and immediately went to work 30 mins later they said there were no faults and the problem was most likely down to a software update. No charge! and I was out of the door 45 mins later. Well-run business with a clear desire to deliver excellent customer service. They gave me quotes for future servicing and they have a new customer now. Highly recommend them.

   Fantastic garage, I would never take my mini Countryman anywhere else. I’ve been using Mad4Mini for 3 years and they have always managed to fix any problem on my car including an electrical issue I was really worried about. Great pricing too, would highly recommend.

   I contacted the guys at Mad4Mini when my 2012 Cooper S wasn’t blowing warm air and had emulsified oil in the oil filler cap. Despite fearing an expensive repair Richard and the guys put my mind at rest, checked and repaired my car at a really reasonable cost. I’ll only be going here for anything to do with my car from now on.

   I took my car to Mad 4 Mini a few weeks ago after an unexpected breakdown on the motorway. Mike and the team were so friendly from the start, advising me over the phone, organising for my car to be collected from my house, and fixing the problems within just a few days. I can't recommend the service enough - I felt like my car was in safe hands and the diagnosis process and works were all explained to me in full. Fantastic - will be returning in the future.    My 2014 Cooper D was misbehaving. There was a missfire problem that wasn't a simple fix. After a week or so of problem solving they found the issue. They tested everything to get the fix and we're honest enough to tell me that there was a small chance the fix may not sort the problem but they were 90 percent sure it would. It wasn't a cheap fix but we decided to go for it. Thankfully it looks like they were spot on and my mini is feeling much better. I've had some bad experiences with garages being dishonest and overpriced and I include a certain mini main dealer in that,but Mad4mini were superb, keeping me updated throughout the process and being honest every step of the way. Fantastic experience even if it did put a dent in my wallet but that's the price you pay for owning a mini. Couldn't recommend enough.
