   I took my BMW for a diagnostic to deal with an issue I had with the alarm randomly setting off. I have to say the service that I received from Sam and Hayley has been nothing less than exceptional. They have kept me updated, are extremely knowledgeable and ensured I fully understood the issues identified.    I recently purchased a vehicle from ace auto prestige and I noticed an issue as water leaking into my vehicle due to the drain pipes blocked as I had a sun roof. Spoke with Ryan who sold me the vehicle who passed me on to Hayley who was able to get me booked in ASAP and resolve the issue quickly. Overall the service and timely response was expectional.    Not even remotely happy with this company, had 5 issues with a newly bought car. Was told don’t worry we’ll sort it and it’s all under warranty. Then rang me back to tell me it’s all road noise and the spare wheel making the noise and even if it was what I thought then they can’t test it and fix it. I’ve never had a car make this noise on any road. I had other opinions on the problem and they all said the same other matter. Then picking the car up I had to face a ‘diagnostic’ charge to be paid for diagnosing absolutely nothing. No one mentioned the charge throughout my encounter. Shocking service and deceitful ways to tricking people into charging you
