   Horrible horrible service, disappointing is an understatement. This isn’t a company who values morals and customer service, I simply went in to get a eco tune on my van, the car now bellows out black smoke and whistles like a train. He told me this is what most Bradford people want, thankfully I live in Cheshire as this is a disgrace, he was very reluctant to solve the matter so I’m now taking it up with the ombudsman

   Would avoid this place, got my car remapped a while ago fried the ECU. Contacted back but had no joy and was being fobbed off. Very unprofessional. Left me without a car with 3 kids is not great.

   Leaving these guys 1 star is being generous. I had my GTI booked in with them first thing today and when I went to the place, they told me I had no booking and told me to reschedule for a much much later date. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional

   Booked in with him for 3:30 today to map my cats after being told it can be done by 4:30, arrived a couple minutes late as I travelled over 1 hour to get here. Once I got there he told me it was booked for 3pm and he cannot do it today. Wasted my whole day. Would not recommend, guy lies to your face.

   Pretty much perfect other than a small fault on the instrument cluster showing zero fuel but after abit of digging fount that the cluster needing resetting so pulled the fuse out then put it back in and presto sorted! And now I can enjoy the power.

   NOX Cat Delete. Shane and his team worked their magic and deleted my Nox Cat as it was playing up and using more fuel than it should, a few hours and it was sorted. Couldn't be more happy with the results and highly recommend this service from Shane and Chip Tech Tuning AAAA+.

   My car was taken to them via my local garage for a egr/dpf delete and a stage 1 remap. After receiving the car back it was very poor. The performance was terrible. At this point I took it back to them for them to charge me another £75 for a diagnostic. Told me it was a MAP issue. Which I corrected. I still had the same issue even though I told them the map is not right. They then suggested a smoke test. So on my day off took it back. Waited an hour for them start working on it to turn around and say well its going to take to long. Sean the owner did check on the system and told the my garage that they only paid for a dpf and egr delete. But this was not the case as they charged them £250 for a stage 1. To find out later from another company nothing had been done to the car... The service was poor. Wouldn't recommend them.

   Awesome tuning company, had many other companies state they could not remove a speed limiter on an ex royal mail van, but these guys did it straight away (same afternoon I phoned them). They have the kit and are Professional, get the job done and at a good price. Will use again in the future.
