   I wanted to specifically call out the outstanding service I received during my stay in Room 104. A massive thank you to Charlotte for making my time at this Travelodge genuinely wonderful. She went above and beyond for every request any guest gave her. Her attentiveness and care for every guest detail is noticeable. Travelodge, you need a Charlotte in every single one of your locations; she made my overall stay 10x better and truly demonstrates what excellent hospitality should be.    This was a great location for our gig at the o2. However the room wasn’t the cleanest place and no soap in any dispensers. We were lucky it was for 1 night only. Car parking was easy and reasonable price Less than £8 for 24 hour parking.

   Salford Quays Travelodge is the best in the whole country! Our favourite place to stay. Perfect for getting around Manchester by tram, and ideally situated for The Lowry theatre. And lovely Ordsall Hall. This Travelodge is always comfortable, warm and welcoming. The staff are smashing. Big thanks this time to Lavinia, Kevin and the nice young man who kept our delicious breakfasts topped up - I'm so sorry I didn't get your name. Already looking forward to our next visit.

   Brilliant hotel — can’t fault it! I was a little worried when booking because the price was much cheaper than other hotels in the area, but it honestly exceeded all my expectations. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable (bonus points for the bath!), the staff were lovely, and everything was much better than I anticipated for the cost. I’m really glad I chose this place — it’s great value for money and I’d happily stay again The breakfast outperformed, too. As a vegan I was relieved to see plenty of options like Quorn sausages, Alpro yoghurts and Oatly milk. I also like to think of myself as an apple juice connoisseur, and theirs was lovely! Most hotels water them down, but not this one. Location is brilliant, with lots of amenities nearby — the tram line is just a 5 minute walk away. There’s also a great little pub round the corner which I’d recommend.

   Excellent hotel in a great location. 5 minute walk from the tram stop where there's a great little pub. Easy access to media city and into city centre. Reception staff very helpful and informative. Discounted secure parking. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed with spare pillows if needed. Great value buffet breakfast too.

   I stayed here for 2 weeks, when I landed here in the UK. So, the rooms packed quite a lot of things. There wasn't enough storage for someone who's on business tour, the luggage would just have kept on the floor. No wardrobe for one to keep the clothes, or a thing to hang your jackets, etc. It lacked basic necessities like providing kettle to warm up the water whenever needed. No intercom to talk to the reception for any help, I had to go all the way down for any queries to be answered. The breakfast just doesn't change at all, though the spread is good, but it's always the same. Imagine it from a PoV that you got to be staying there for good more than a week. The staff has been good though all the while, no complaints whatsoever for their hospitality.

   I was pleasantly surprised at how good the customer service was at this hotel. Really friendly staff and rooms were decent too. Car park was very conveniently located and cost £7.20 for 24hours. Will definitely recommend

   Stayed here with my partner at the weekend - I am a huge fan of Travelodge and believe it’s the best hotel, it was my partners first time staying at a Travelodge. The staff were all super friendly here, from the front desk staff to those serving at the bar, we were made to feel extremely welcome and at ease here! We sat in the bar for some food and drinks, even the manager asked us how our experience was and if we were happy with what was on TV which I thought was really sweet of her. Our room was spotless, super clean, all the facilities were amazing, couldn’t ask for much more - for £28 we got amazing value for money! The bed was super comfy, we had a TV in our room. The local area was beautiful with MediaCityUK on our doorstep - although it was a Sunday night and there wasn’t the largest variety of places open, we still managed to keep busy and have a beautiful night! The bar was open til 1 here even on a Sunday which was amazing! Couldn’t recommend this Travelodge and any Travelodge enough, and my partner now agrees that Travelodge is the best hotel - five stars! Thank you for providing us with such a beautiful experience!

   Me and my colleagues call in every Friday for a few drinks and a catch up. The guys working here are amazing, always happy to welcome us and make us feel at home. Lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Love it here and the staff, especially our Vicki, Laura and Sasha who put up with our Friday heads every week.

   This hotel seems to be accommadating local people in emergency situations. This creates the atmosphere of a hostel more than a hotel. Also I was refused permission to buy a coffee despite a price list on display. I was also refused a towel when I asked for one extra. There are plenty of other hotels in this area so my advice is to avoid this one! I personally would like something on the Travelodge website stating that the hotel is being used as a refuge before deciding to book.
