    Dont listen to the negative reviews.just used Dave for the 1st time yesterday to service mot and carbon clean my Lexus. Both lads very helpfull and the car is running better than ever.100% going to use again.its what I would call a proper garage.

    Shocking place don't ever take your car! Had a service done and was unsure if he had checked everything when I questioned him he didn't seem to know what I was talking about very rude and unprofessional I don't think he has a clue what he's doing! Please don't take your car!!

    RIP OFF - SERVICE NOT CARRIED OUT WITH REASONABLE SKILL AND CARE - RUDE, AGGRESSIVE AND TRIED TO INTIMIDATE ME WITH HIS CO-WORKER LIKE A COUPLE OF SCHOOLBOY BULLIES!! I paid £160 for a full service. I knew of a couple of advisories on my car that should have been picked up on the service and they were not. He said my car was fine and that my front brakes need doing so i asked for the service report to which he said, "Oh, we don't do them." I asked if he had checked the car in the areas i knew had issues and he gave me a guilty/ angry look and asked a worker to bring my car back to put it on the ramps. Whilst doing so i asked the worker if he had done the service and he said he did and that on an interim service they don't usually look for things like that and i commented that i had paid for a full service - he didn't even know. After feeling unconvinced that a full service had been carried out i asked for an invoice and stated that i would be writing on it 'paid under protest.' Dave Taylor then said i owe him money for a brake light and i said i never agreed beforehand and i have plenty of my own spares in the boot and he said, "Fine, i will take it back," and both Dave Taylor and the other worker were stood in front of me in an intimidating manner and he said whilst both grinning that they are going to keep my car because it is not roadworthy (which it was as the parts were only advisories). Luckily, before anything else escalated some customers approached to pick a vehicle up and i said i want my car back in front of them - and he said yes. I asked them to stick around while i got my car back and they did; he went into the office to do the invoice and i went in to get it whilst the customers were just outside the door. Dave Taylor was behind the counter and i was on the other side - the other worker followed me in and stood next to me in the office (which was very small) and shut the door - i opened it and he shut it again. I did not feel comfortable at all and Dave Taylor tried to intimidate me again to have the door shut and then told me to get out of his office when i wouldn't let them do that to me. About 10 minutes passed and i said to the other customers that i thought he was stalling so they would go and a few minutes later the other worker came out to question them and tried to hush them away. Thankfully, they stayed and i got my car back about 10 minutes later after he took the brake light back out. Usually, i stick with places like Halfords and this time i decided to give a small garage a chance. It's people like this that drive consumers to corporations and i will stick with reputable names in future as i know this would never happen. If anyone reading this is thinking of giving him a chance - please bare in mind that a proper job may not be done and if you confront him - he doesn't act with professionalism in the slightest. I have been in touch with Citizens Advice and they claimed this incident will be passed onto Trading Standards for unfair practice etc.

    Took my car here for an important repair. The garage had my car all day and only had a quick look over it. Was supposed to call the next day for a quote so I did but they did not have a quote yet. Was promised I’d get a call back but never did. Due to the very slow service my car got worse so I went elsewhere. I still have heard nothing about this quote. Overall very poor customer service.
